Why We Offer This Guarantee
Getting used to proper support and alignment take time. If you wear your Good Feet arch support system as recommended and pledge to work with us when you have questions, we’ll match your commitment by guaranteeing your satisfaction – or your money back.
How It Works
The Good Feet 90-Day Risk-Free Trial applies to our 3-Step Arch Support System, consisting of at least three arch supports. If a return is needed, to qualify:
- Wear the Arch Supports – One place arch supports don’t provide any benefit is in the box. You must wear your supports for at least 60 days after purchase and follow our wearing and care instructions provided on your date of purchase.
- Refit Commitment – Complete at least one refit (which can happen during the first 60 days) and wear the refit supports for at least 30 days thereafter. If you complete a refit or exchange, the 90-day period resets, giving you a full new window to try again because we are committed to your success.
- Returns – If you’re still not satisfied after at least 60 days of wearing your arch supports, returns may take place between days 61–90 and only at the store where you made your original purchase. Only arch supports are eligible for return. Other products (e.g., cushions, socks, shoes, arch activators, massage products) are final sale.
If you’ve truly given your arch supports a fair chance by following the steps above, and you’re still not satisfied, we’ll refund what you paid for your arch supports.
